Trivia[]
- Katherine got her first name from her video game counterpart as Nancy's mother is unnamed in the original book series.
- Also, it's implied that Nancy's mother in the book series did have an form of unknown cancer and succumbed to it. Although, unlike Kate who had pancreatic cancer, Mrs. Drew's own cancer is unidentifiable as there wasn't much medical knowledge about cancer in the early 20th century.
- She had a small obsession with Abraham Lincoln, naming her daughter after his mother.
- She is the only maternal figure to Nancy who died of natural causes. Lucy Sable died of a fall, while Tiffany and Celia were both murdered.
